PERSONAL TRAINER
Personal Trainers devise customized exercise plans for our clients, based on their goals. These plans typically include cardiovascular and weight lifting exercises. During a training session, our trainers observe their clients performing exercises to ensure they are doing the moves correctly. Trainers may also give diet and lifestyle suggestions when they are relevant to the fitness plan.
Nanny & Butler highly qualified Personal Trainers give you exclusive one-to-one training, they are definitely passionate about their job and result driven. We can provide Yoga and Pilates instructors, as well as weight loss experts who provide a body transformation program specifically tailored for you.
Having a Personal Trainer coming at your home it is the ultimate luxury and gives you no excuses to not do your workout, sometimes it is the only way to ensure our clients stick to their fitness goals.
Salary
£ 80/200 per session (minimum 25 sessions program), depending on experience.
