HOUSEHOLD STAFF CONSULTING FEES

Our final commission will be paid upon selecting the candidate before she/he starts to work.

UNITED KINGDOM

Long term (52+ weeks)

  • Full-time Housekeeper/Housekeeper-Nanny/Domestic Couple/Laundress – 18% of the annual salary
  • Full-time Caregiver/Valet/Lady’s Maid/Gamekeeper/Horse Keeper/Pet Carer/Gardener – 20% of the annual salary
  • Full-time Butler/Private Chef/House Manager/Estate Manager/Palace Manager – 22% of the annual salary

  • * Part-time Candidate – 24% of the annual salary

  • * Week-end Candidate – 25% of the annual salary

* For all positions of 25 hours per week or under, we are asking for an Initial Fee of £ 250 (two hundred and fifty) to be paid at the beginning of the search to activate it. The Initial Fee is NOT refundable. The Initial Fee will be deducted only from the Placement Fee for a Permanent Role. If the Client suspends the search, he/she will have to pay another Initial Fee to open a new search.

Short term (Less than 52 weeks)

  • Temporary Placement (from 1 to 12 consecutive weeks) – £ 100 x day
  • Temporary Placement (from 13 to 51 consecutive weeks) – 28% of the salary
  • Trial – £ 650 x week (max. 4 consecutive weeks)

USA – EUROPE – MIDDLE EAST – RUSSIA – AFRICA – ASIA

Long term (52+ weeks)

  • Full-time Housekeeper/Domestic Couple/Laundress – 22% of the annual salary
  • Full-time Caregiver/Valet/Lady’s Maid/Gamekeeper/Horse Keeper/Gardener – 23% of the annual salary
  • Full-time Butler/Private Chef/House Manager/Estate Manager/Palace Manager – 24% of the annual salary

  • Part-time Candidate – 24% of the annual salary

  • Weekend Candidate – 25% of the annual salary

Short term (Less than 52 weeks)

  • Temporary Placement (from 1 to 12 consecutive weeks) – £ 150 x day
  • Temporary Placement (from 13 to 51 consecutive weeks) – 28% of the salary
  • Trial – £ 850 x week (max. 4 consecutive weeks) – $ 950 x week for the USA

Christmas Holidays Special Fees for Temporary Placements/Trials from 20 December until 10th of January – £ 260 per day – Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve £ 550 each day – We consider worked days also the days when our candidates have to travel for the family and when they have their days off while on duty, as we cannot place them anywhere else.
